When you book a Video Tour, you fill out a simple online form with all the data you want to include. We then book a videographer to shoot the video. The Agent meets the videographer at the listing, and gives the videographer a quick tour to point out the highlights of the listing. The professional videographer then shoots the listing, getting all the pertinent shots, both video and digital stills.

The Custom Yard sign is delivered at that time, and the text message option is live. The video will post usually in 24-48 hours. An email with the video’s link will be sent to the Agent when the video posts. The agent can then link the video to his/her web site, and begin to send out the link to customers. The Video Listing is hosted on Ucanbuy.com for the length of the listing. If the listing sells before expiration of the listing, we will host it with a SOLD SIGN for the balance of the contract for free.
